Solenta, under its umbrella company Asia, faced a significant challenge in training their widespread crew of 500 pilots and cabin staff across different countries in Africa and the Middle East.
The primary issue was ensuring that their crew, known for being notoriously lazy and heavily trained, were adequately prepared for the simulated sessions.
Traditional methods of training were proving inefficient and costly, especially due to the constraints of time, distance, and the necessity of having the crew physically present for instructor-led ground school sessions.
We decided to implement ProProfs for our training and assessment needs. This platform offered us the flexibility and variety that was critically missing in our previous approach.
