ProProfs enables me to manage training in 12 counties single-handedly.

West Virginia Caring is a not-for-profit hospice that provides medical care to those with advanced illnesses in 12 counties in West Virginia. It answers the needs of the West Virginia community. For 40 years, this end-of-life care provider has been serving North Central West Virginia's patients and families living with life-limiting illnesses. The hospice also provides education, bereavement services, and community outreach.

Earlier, I had a learning management system that I couldn't use. Generally, things move slowly in hospice, and I cover 12 counties and six offices. The LMS was not serving the compliance training, education, and documentation needs of our administrative staff, social workers, nurses, CNAs, and chaplains. So, I needed to find something I could use.

ProProfs LMS helped me reinforce what was being taught. It offered me an easy-to-use solution with a lot of options. I liked the different ways of quizzing and the ability to set them so that they show learners what they got wrong. Also, ProProfs didn’t require any long-term contract.

I could reach out to more nurses with engaging training modules that I created using ProProfs. I could keep up with compliance requirements. We hit all the high points in patient visits consistently.
